Each version update seems to introduce minor mapping issues. FT - in a state of continual beta testing, done by the users. YEC - support when you buy a real one, kinda of (people that work with a good tuner rarely need it). The new version has lots of ability but no guidance. FT - mapping numbers mean what? YEC - good tuners understand it plus dual maps (different fuels), fueling data points correspond to A/F ratios so tuning is quick and precise. Their customer service has always handled it, but it seems to be a one man show, sometimes quick, sometimes not.
